How does our home maintenance program work?

When you sign up for our maintenance program, we’ll immediately set up a schedule that works with your calendar. We mark down what needs to be done, then bring in our top contractors to take care of it all. We’ll inspect pipes, countertop seams, paint jobs, basement insulation, heating ducts, attic fans, and more. Afterward, we’ll continue visiting your home before each season for routine maintenance checks and care, preventing any troubles before they arise.

We started our journey in the business of building beautiful homes. It didn’t take us long to notice that those homes lost their charm quickly when uncared for. After all, beauty doesn’t last without a little help. We began offering maintenance concierge services to their clients, and that’s when Maison took off. Here at Maison, we know that homeowners don’t always have the time, patience, or knowledge to care for their homes properly. So, we do it for them. With our all-inclusive home maintenance plan, our clients finally have the time to focus on the things that truly matter to them in life, while we focus on what matters to us: your home.
